Processing and Shipping Time

Please note that all orders require processing prior to shipment. Kindly allow up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If you are ordering for an upcoming event, we highly recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including any apartment or unit numbers. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in significant delays or misrouting, which may take several weeks to resolve.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier as your first point of contact. Our team is available to assist you in reaching out to them if needed.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

Please be advised that from November through January, shipping carriers often experience high volumes and related delays. While we make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be extended during this busy period.
